Home / Warranty
One year, bumper to bumper.
Every new Beechwood home comes with a one-year bumper-to-bumper warranty. If something in your new home isn’t right in the first year, Beechwood fixes it.
The promise
In plain words.
If something in your new home isn’t right in the first year, Beechwood fixes it.
“Bumper to bumper” is how you describe a warranty that isn’t picky. We mean it the way you would hear it at a car dealer: a full promise for the first year, not a short list of parts.
It covers every new Beechwood home. You deal with Erd, the owner, the same way you did when you were choosing the home.
Ask for the written terms and read them before you sign. We would rather you knew exactly what you have.

Good to know
Get any builder’s warranty in writing.
Third-party new home warranty is not mandatory in Manitoba. The Manitoba Home Builders’ Association says so on its own site: coverage on new homes is voluntary in the province.
So ask any builder, us included, exactly what is covered and for how long, and get it in writing before you sign. A clear promise beats a logo.
Where People Still Matter
Questions about the warranty? Ask Erd.
Ask what it covers, and ask for the written terms. You will get a straight answer.
